Symbolizing: Children of Light
Do you see how those blossoms that are going to seed look a bit like light bulbs? The blanket flower opens with its bold sun-shaped blossoms which then transform into the shape of a light bulb.
This meditation looks at how Jesus, the light unto the world, wants us to demonstrate that same light. He refers to us as children of the light, living a life filled with love.
